End-of-Year Dream Visioning Ceremony & Workshop – IN-PERSON

Alchemical Preparation For the New Year:
Come join the Alchemical Dreamers’ Guild community for an end-of year dream visioning process:

We will honor our dreams from the past year, reviewing our dream journals and visionary experiences to acknowledge any repeated themes or powerful dreams that came to us. May we complete these dreams in service of a New Year bringing fresh dreams and visions.

We will engage in a guided meditation and calling-in of guides to bring online our visionary capacities for the New Year and to welcome in higher guidance, to incubate meaningful dreams and guiding visions for the coming months. May we enter the New Year free of the past year’s baggage and with clarity about the most joyful path forward in our lives!

Location:
We will meet in a private home around a glowing fireplace, decorated for the end-of-year holidays. Address provided after registration and payment.

We will share a meal at the end of the workshop to celebrate and connect.

Your host for this event is dream alchemist Benjamin Whitehurst, M.A., founder of the Durham-based Alchemical Dreamers’ Guild (DreamCircling.Com). Benjamin holds a Masters of Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University along with certification in Integral Circling from the Integral Center in Boulder, Colorado. Benjamin studied dreamwork with Rev. Jeremy Taylor, and has been teaching and leading dreamwork for 9 years. An experienced guide, Benjamin has been dream journaling since high school, having explored thousands of his own dreams–including lucid dreams, precognitive dreams, out-of-body experiences, and sleep paralysis experiences, over a period of 20 years.

Notes & Disclaimers: This event does not involve psychotherapy, medical treatment, or any other form of advice. Instead, the intent of this training in dream symbolism is educational and spiritual. Please be aware that dreamwork can be emotionally intense for some people–check with your doctor or therapist before participating, and be 100% self-responsible for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being throughout the session. In practice, this event involves meditating together, sharing dreams with each other, telling one’s story, and receiving feedback from others. Imagine 1,000 years ago when communities would share dreams together when a crisis was afoot–they would sit in a circle and share the dreams they had been having. It was both a means of staying connected, and a means of processing & gaining insights about what was happening. May this event be in service of the well-being of our community. This event is a professional offering organized through the Alchemical Dreamers’ Guild, a branch of Navigate Change, LLC.
